Nestled beneath the foothills, surrounded by mountain views, towering cottonwoods, and the peaceful beauty of the ranch, this Harvest Dinner is more than a meal, it's an opportunity to disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with nature, great food, and meaningful conversation.
Chef Adriana of From Scratch Farms has thoughtfully crafted a multi-course harvest supper celebrating the flavors of late summer. Every course is prepared entirely from scratch using locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce, creating a menu inspired by Colorado's harvest.
The evening begins with a seasonal appetizer station featuring Pepper & Lentil Polenta Bites, Prosciutto & Cucumber Toast Points, and Heirloom Tomato Basil bites, followed by a comforting farm-fresh minestrone soup. Guests will then enjoy a hearty main course of slow-cooked Pulled Pork Butt Stew paired with creamy Hazel Dell Mushroom Risotto, before ending the evening with gluten-free Blueberry Lemon Tea Cakes topped with lemon cardamom cream cheese frosting. Fresh Blackberry Lemonade and Mint Julep Iced Tea are included throughout the evening.
